About me

      IT Leader with broad experience leading Technology, Business Transformation, Digital Solutions and Process Optimization across CPG industries and multiple regions. I have a track record of delivering results and effective business solutions leading to innovation frameworks and customer relationship management systems. I have strong analytical skills and people management. My mission is translating business challenges into actionable digital solutions, building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels. I thrive at motivating and guiding teams to achieve success and drive growth. 

         I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Currently living in Costa Rica since 2015. Happily married since 2011. I have two kids: a 9 year old boy named Mikel and a 6 year old girl named Maia.  I love spending time with my kids, they enjoy the beach very much therefore we usually go at least once every other week. 

      Bachelor in Science from the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) in Computer Science with a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello (UCAB).
